Monday – Pole Basics Time: 6pm-7pm| Duration: 1 Hour Start your pole journey here! This beginner-friendly class covers foundational skills such as spins, grips, basic climbs, and transitions. Designed for first-timers or those reviewing the basics, you’ll build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive environment. What to Wear: Tank top, leggings or shorts. Barefoot or heels. No oil or lotion before class. Heels: Encouraged, but optional.
Wednesday – Pole Choreography Time: 6pm-7pm | Duration: 1 Hour Dive into the artistry of pole with fluid sequences and expressive movement. This class focuses on musicality, flow, and storytelling through pole choreography and floorwork. You’ll learn how to connect moves with confidence and emotion, regardless of your level. What to Wear: Tank top, leggings or shorts. Barefoot or heels. No oil or lotion before class. Heels: Encouraged, but optional.
Thursday – Aerial Hour (Tricks + Conditioning) Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Duration: 1 Hour Take it to the air! This class combines aerial tricks with strength-building drills to improve control, stamina, and technique. You’ll work on inversions, climbs, and spins using both spin and static poles—ideal for those ready to elevate their training. What to Wear: Tank top, leggings or shorts. Barefoot or heels. No oil or lotion before class. Heels: Optional; barefoot recommended for grip.
Saturday – Pole Level 1 Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Duration: 1 Hour Advance from the basics and begin exploring beginner-to-intermediate moves. You'll learn smooth transitions, new spins, beginner inversions, and strength-building techniques that set the stage for more complex skills. What to Wear: Tank top, leggings or shorts. Barefoot or heels. No oil or lotion before class. Heels: Encouraged, but optional.
Saturday – Sweatt Bootcamp (Strength + Conditioning) Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Duration: 1 Hour Sculpt, strengthen, and sweat it out! This high-energy class combines bodyweight exercises, conditioning drills, and pole-based strength training to enhance flexibility and endurance. No pole experience needed—just come ready to work! What to Wear: Tank top, leggings or shorts. Barefoot or heels. No oil or lotion before class. Heels: Optional.
