Steps to filling out your online waiver
- Click on the link above
- Select Here for an event
- Select the Host Name (person who booked the party)or the Event your attending
- You DO NOT have to create or have an account
- Read the waiver, scroll down and select Adult
- Fill out the waiver with your information, and sign
- Type your name where it says Untitled
